How much does a commercial security system cost?
Cost depends on the size of the building, the number of doors and zones, and whether you add cameras, access control or video monitoring. We do a free walkthrough and give you a written proposal with a clear price before any work starts.
Do I have to sign a long-term monitoring contract?
No. Turner Security does not require long-term agreements on security or monitoring. We want to keep your business because we did a good job, not because of a three or five year contract.
Can you take over an existing alarm system from another company?
In many cases, yes. We review the panel, sensors and wiring that are already in place, reuse what still works and tell you what needs to be replaced before we switch monitoring over.
How fast can I get service if something stops working?
Call or submit a service request and our help desk will start working on it right away. Most issues are resolved remotely, and when a technician is needed we can often schedule the visit the same day.
Can my alarm, cameras and door access work together?
Yes. We plan them as one system so an alarm event can be checked against camera video and door activity, and so you can manage everything from your phone.
Do you install business security systems outside Nashville and Chattanooga?
Yes. Our Smyrna and Chattanooga offices cover Middle Tennessee, the Chattanooga region and north Georgia, and we also support national customers with locations across the country.
