Great service. They monitor and call within one minute of us making a mistake and setting the alarm off.

We have used Turner Security for awhile now and just recently they sent a tech out,
at our request, to install more equipment that we originally passed on during the initial
install. As usual, their customer service is outstanding as they were not only prompt in
getting our install scheduled quickly but they are also very courteous and personable
over the phone. Unlike a lot of the popular corporate firms out there, they go out of
their way to take care of you like family.

Everything was great, from first call to office to do work completed I am very satisfied.

From the order to the install there were no problems. The only item I think should be done is hand off of a shortcut manual for the use of DVR.
