Service has been great. We have had only one issue so far with our Security
System…our Sky Bell stopped recording movement, etc. Once I called about it to
inform, a Service Tech was sent out in a couple days, and the problem was fixed.

Genius is the best installer I have ever met. Problems arise and he doesn’t stop. He
worked 9-6 no lunch to get my system installed. Cleans after himself. Just
outstanding. Then makes sure you know how to use your system.

Very professional and they were able to come up with the perfect security system
proposal to fit my families needs. They’re not pushy or rude like these other
companies you go through (ADT…) and if you don’t like something, they will find a
way to change it for you. They also offer a lot more up to date and high tech
equipment that these other places do not. I also had to reschedule my install
appointment (which is a 4 hour block) the day of, and they were more than helpful,
understanding, and willing to work with my schedule. Highly recommended.
